Cyrahop is a matchmaking platform, not a transport operator. We never dispatch a trip or move money. What we do control — identity checks, manual acceptance, and area-level privacy — is built into every route on the platform.
ID-checked, always
Government ID and a selfie match are required before anyone can post or request a seat — free, for every account, never a paid tier.
Manual accept, no exceptions
A driver reads and decides on every request by hand. No auto-matching, no auto-pairing, no instant book.
Your exact location stays private
Public posts show an area only. Your precise pickup point reaches one driver, after they've accepted your request — never before.
Permit-checked for public routes
A driver's LTFRB Special Permit is verified by Cyrahop before a public route can go live. No admin override skips this.
Self-declared, clearly labelled
Vehicle condition and phone number are entered by the driver, not inspected by us — and marked as self-declared everywhere they appear.
Reports and disputes go somewhere
Every rider and driver can report or block the other side, on every trip. Disputes are reviewed by Cyrahop, not left between the two of you.
